If you have excess calories into your body, your body will change and save it as fat. When you increase your intake of carbohydrates, you also increase your calories.

Three Exercises To Look Great

If you can not visit your local gym for a fit, here are the three best exercises I know to keep looking good. This does not require weighting and can be done in your home within ten minutes.

Deep Knee Bends: This exercise targets the entire thigh muscle groups and helps to firm the buttocks. With is the heel resting on the floor of the support (a piece of wood about 2 inches), slowly, keeping your back straight, leaving the boat until it touches the back of the foot bottom. Depending on the level of resistance (always listen to your body during exercise), repeat this movement up and down 20 times, while he opened his arms for balance. Repeat set three times, at rest in the middle until your breathing has returned to normal. This exercise is a strong wind, so know your limits. (more…)
