OK, sweat does not specifically the most beautiful of the topics to be discussed. People spend large sums of money on deodorant to stop you from sweating. No wonder it’s because sweat can make bombs and make our clothes wet and uncomfortable to wear. The fact is, however, that our bodies need to sweat in order to maintain good health.

But why this should be? Sweating was so bad, would not be good for you? Well, why sweat it, because people need water supply to a number of reasons. Water is essential for tissue and cells in our body and allows for essential items like salt and sugar to be transported throughout the body. In addition to these reasons, the water also acts as a thermostat in our body so as to maintain the temperature for optimum health.

If your body temperature is too high there is also fever and heat stroke. When the body is too cold then you suffer from cold. Both of these conditions should be avoided to stay healthy.

Sweating is not the main method of homeostasis is very important to control body temperature.
